If alot of mods are running a subreddit and it's properly managed not violating Reddit Terms of Service, there is no chance we will be able to shut it down. If it's a small-medium size subreddit and/or poorly managed and/or 1-3 mods, we should be able to make a good attempt to shut down this subreddit and get it banned.
