    How is he a scammer? He lost money on this transaction and gained nothing. Now you're saying the opposite that you lost money and he is the scammer. Makes no sense.

    You have failed to provide any evidence supporting your claim and the buyer has provided proof of payment.

    There is nothing more we can do for you unless you opt to refund this buyer.
