    Hello PlayerUp Support,

I am contacting you by email because my PlayerUp account is not yet verified, so I may not be able to post the dispute thread directly on the forum yet.

I would like to report and open a dispute against the PlayerUp user lobodeadblood.

I have followed the PlayerUp dispute template below.

I know I have been a huge love you in this, but I at least hope he will face some kind of consequence.

    Dispute Report
    1. Date Dispute Happened

The dispute began on 10 May 2026 and continued through at least 17 May 2026.

Initial contact and the first payment happened on 10 May 2026. Further payments and repeated requests for additional funds happened on 11 May, 14 May, 16 May, and 17 May 2026.

    2. Are You The Buyer or Seller
    I am the buyer.

I attempted to purchase a Claude Max / Claude Pro Max digital account, gift code, or access product.

    3. Total Transaction Value
The documented transaction value is at least approximately $980 USD, excluding blockchain/network fees, exchange/conversion fees, and exchange-rate slippage.

This is based on the seller-requested / intended amounts recorded in the chat:

The intended refund amount shown in the chat after the 14 May payments was $766. After that, I also sent approximately $134, $44, and $36 in BNB on 16 May. This brings the documented total to approximately $980 USD.

Some actual payments were slightly higher than requested because I sent extra “to be safe”, for example 126 USDT instead of 125, 27 USDT instead of 26, $102 in XMR instead of around $100, and $126.56 in LTC instead of exactly $125. Counting actual sent amounts, the total is approximately $984 USD, excluding fees.

    8. What Was The Transaction For
The transaction was for a digital Claude Max / Claude Pro Max account, gift code, or access product.

The seller initially offered Claude Pro Max / Max x20 pricing, including:

    • $120 for 1 month
    • $220 for 3 months
I asked whether this was a gift code / activation link or account, and the seller confirmed that gift codes were available.

I expressed concern that the process looked risky and that there was no buyer protection. The seller reassured me and referred me to Discord “vouches” on the server DEV-WORLD.

    9. Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below
I paid for a Claude Max / Claude Pro Max digital account, gift code, or access product. The seller accepted multiple crypto payments but did not deliver the agreed product.

Instead, after each payment, the explanation changed and I was repeatedly asked to send more funds under new reasons, including:

    • the original product/account being “.” by a partner,
    • needing to upgrade to a more expensive plan,
    • wallet or exchange funds being locked,
    • repeated “same amount again” verification claims,
    • conversion fees,
    • activation/release/unlock-type fees,
    • BNB fees,
    • and further “last” payments before delivery or refund could happen.
To date, I have not received a working account, gift code, or refund.

    Timeline summary
    10 May 2026
I contacted the seller after finding the PlayerUp thread. The seller offered Claude Pro Max / Max x20 pricing, including $120 for 1 month and $220 for 3 months. He confirmed that a gift code was available and accepted crypto payment.

I expressed concern about the lack of buyer protection. The seller reassured me, referred me to Discord “vouches”, and sent a Discord invite.

I sent the first payment by LTC. After that payment, he did not deliver the product. Instead, he said the available product had been sold by his partner and suggested refunding me or changing the deal.

    11 May 2026
The seller then said a 3-month gift code was available and that it was a single gift code. I sent an additional XMR payment of approximately $100.

Shortly after that, the seller changed the deal again and said I should send $170 more for a 1-year account because the 3-month account was about to be sold / had been sold to someone else.

I then sent 170 USDT on BSC. After this payment, I still did not receive the product. Instead, the seller asked for more money for conversion/fees and claimed wallet/exchange problems.

The same day, I was asked to help “balance” another transaction / supplier payment, and I sent 126 USDT. Immediately afterward, the seller said he still needed additional fees, despite me having asked if that was the last amount. Later that day, I sent 27 USDT for fees.

    12 May 2026
The seller still did not deliver. He said he could not access his wallet yet and would fully refund me once access was restored. He also said he would send another supplier’s information instead of delivering the original product.

    14 May 2026
The seller claimed the issue was caused by the XMR deposit and that the wallet could be unlocked if I sent another XMR transaction of the same or higher amount. I questioned this because XMR SpendProof exists specifically to prove a transaction, but I was pressured to send another XMR payment anyway.

I sent another XMR payment, approximately $102.

After that, the seller changed the explanation again and said the first LTC transaction was actually the problem. He then asked me to send another LTC transaction, claiming it would be the “last transaction” and would unlock the freeze. I sent another LTC payment of approximately $126.56.

At that point I had already sent approximately $770 in actual payments, and still had no product or refund.

    16 May 2026
The seller then shifted to an “activation” / BNB fee explanation. He said he needed funds to activate/withdraw/send, first estimating approximately $132, then immediately saying it would not be enough and that the correct amount was closer to $170.

I sent approximately $134 in BNB. After that, the seller said more was still needed. I then sent approximately $44 in BNB, and later approximately $36 in BNB.

After all of this, I still had no product and no refund.

    17 May 2026
The seller continued giving activation/unlock explanations and still had not delivered a product or refund. I then contacted Trust Wallet support/chatbot, which contradicted the idea that Trust Wallet can “unlock” funds or require such activation/access fees.

Trust Wallet confirmation regarding “unlock” / access fees
After the seller repeatedly gave explanations involving locked wallet funds, activation/release-type fees, BNB fees, and additional payments needed before anything could be delivered or refunded, I contacted Trust Wallet support / chatbot.

Trust Wallet’s chatbot confirmed the following:

    • Trust Wallet is a non-custodial wallet.
    • Trust Wallet does not hold users’ funds or control them.
    • Because Trust Wallet does not hold the funds, they cannot “unlock” them or ask for fees to grant access.
    • If crypto is sent to someone who is scamming you, the transactions are irreversible and the funds may be permanently lost.
This directly contradicts the seller’s repeated explanations that more payments were needed to unlock, activate, release, convert, or otherwise access funds before completing the deal.

I will attach the Trust Wallet chatbot screenshot as evidence.

    Evidence attached / available
I am attaching or can provide:

    1. A redacted Discord HTML export of the full conversation.
    2. The export was created using the open-source tool DiscordChatExporter:
      https://github.com/Tyrrrz/DiscordChatExporter
    3. My own username, email, avatar, personal wallet/refund address, Telegram handle, and personal identifiers are redacted for privacy.
    4. Seller identifiers, timestamps, crypto addresses, transaction IDs, and relevant messages are preserved.
    5. Screenshot from Trust Wallet’s chatbot explaining that Trust Wallet is non-custodial, does not hold or control funds, cannot “unlock” funds, and cannot ask for fees to grant access.
    6. Links to the blockchain transactions listed above.
    7. The original PlayerUp thread link.
    8. Discord server information for DEV-WORLD, server ID 1280612536743497778, which was used to show “vouches”.
    Requested resolution
I am asking PlayerUp staff to review this dispute and require the seller to either:

    1. deliver the originally agreed working product immediately, or
    2. refund the full documented amount paid, approximately $980 USD minimum.
At this point, I do not consider further requests for additional funds acceptable. I have already paid multiple times, and the seller has not delivered the promised account/code or any refund.

Since I am currently unable to post the forum thread due to account verification, I am sending the full report to this support email first.

Thank you. I know I have been a huge love you in this, but I at least hope he will face some kind of consequence.

    Kind regards,
    engels74

Thanks Hulk for creating the thread.

Let this be a lesson to not trust the words of a stranger on the internet, without seeing proof :). Definitely the most expensive lesson I've had so far. I still feel like a moron. It is what is.

If anyone's interested in the mentioned transcript HTML, I have given it to the moderators / the "[email protected]".

Otherwise it can be downloaded here for the next 3 days:

Additional blockchain evidence: funds were moved to Stake.com despite claims of locked/inaccessible funds

I want to add new blockchain evidence to this dispute.

During the conversation, the seller repeatedly claimed that funds were locked, frozen, inaccessible, or required additional payments to unlock/activate/release. This was used as the reason for repeatedly requesting more money from me.

However, I have now followed the BSC blockchain activity.

One of the addresses involved was:
    Code:
    0xD86425DD12E335b2aC2e54CeD94fF2B54A6952F1
    BscScan address link:
    https://bscscan.com/address/0xd86425dd12e335b2ac2e54ced94ff2b54a6952f1

I sent USDT/BSC to that address.

From there, funds were moved to another address that was also used in this case:
    Code:
    0xe2D79cf399e2D05777173d4D9F01c5983E22da0A
    BscScan address link:
    https://bscscan.com/address/0xe2d79cf399e2d05777173d4d9f01c5983e22da0a

On that second address, I can see the BNB/USDT funds were then sent onward to an address labeled by BscScan as Stake.com 6.

    Relevant TXID:
    Code:
    0x68d4a57b7cab8f12a8419726d4c7775f12fef57908ed299dc3c0e5997a1ba21e
    BscScan transaction link:
    https://bscscan.com/tx/0x68d4a57b7cab8f12a8419726d4c7775f12fef57908ed299dc3c0e5997a1ba21e

This appears to directly contradict the seller’s repeated claims that the funds were locked, frozen, inaccessible, or needed further activation/unlock payments before anything could be moved or refunded.

In other words, while I was being told that more payments were needed due to locked funds / activation / unlock issues, the blockchain shows funds moving through the involved addresses and eventually being sent to Stake.com.

This strengthens my position that the repeated “locked funds”, “activation fee”, “unlock fee”, and “last payment” explanations were false.

I am adding this evidence to the dispute and will also include it in my reports to Discord and Stake.com

Response to seller’s claim that “my Discord is loboblood1, not tcha58”

The point is not that the Discord username shown in the exported DM is literally “loboblood1”.

The point is that the Discord contact advertised from the PlayerUp thread was loboblood1. I contacted that account first, and immediately after that, the Discord account Shop / tcha58 opened the actual sales conversation with me about the exact same product.

I am attaching screenshots showing the sequence:

    1. Initial message to the advertised Discord account

    I messaged loboblood1 / “L O” on 10/05/2026 at 23:29, asking:
That was the Discord username advertised from the PlayerUp listing.

    2. Immediate follow-up from Shop / tcha58

Immediately after that, the account Shop / tcha58 started the actual sales conversation with me. In the exported Discord chat, the first relevant reply from Shop / tcha58 is at 10/05/2026 23:30, answering about the Claude Max x20 product.

The conversation then continues with Shop / tcha58:
    - confirming the product,
    - quoting prices,
    - sending the Discord server invite for vouches,
    - accepting crypto,
    - providing wallet addresses,
    - confirming receipt of transactions,
    - repeatedly asking for additional payments,
    - and later claiming wallet locks / activation / unlock / fee issues.

So the evidence is not simply “the username is tcha58”.

The evidence is the full sequence:
    1. The PlayerUp thread advertised Discord loboblood1.
    2. I contacted loboblood1 first about Claude Max x20.
    3. Immediately after that, Shop / tcha58 contacted me and continued the sale for the same product.
    4. All crypto addresses, payment requests, TXIDs, and later explanations are in the Shop / tcha58 chat.
    5. No product or refund was ever delivered.

If the seller’s position is that loboblood1 and tcha58 are unrelated, then he needs to explain why, immediately after I contacted his advertised Discord account about the PlayerUp listing, another account appeared and handled the exact same sale, same product, same vouch-server process, and same crypto payment flow.

He also needs to explain why this other account had the full role of seller: quoting the product, giving payment addresses, receiving transaction confirmations, and repeatedly requesting more funds.

I am not asking staff to rely on my word alone. The redacted Discord HTML export, screenshots, timestamps, wallet addresses, and transaction IDs show the flow clearly.

The seller’s claim that he "never had conversations with this user" is misleading. The conversation happened with the Discord account that picked up the sale immediately after I contacted his advertised Discord contact.

How does this sound sensible to you ? I cannot even view the screenshot uploaded here @Hulk... A random account texted you and said it was me ? For whatever reasons and you continued to text ? Are you fr ? I haven't even been active on my discord till today that I had to login when I saw this dispute here.

I did not interact with you and didn't steal from you.

please reach out to whoever you texted and claimed it was me cos I am not.

I never had a conversation with you and the only chat message I saw right now on my discord is you asking for an account and I only just saw your text today.

Stop the false accusations and I don't know what you uploaded but don't drag me into whatever it is you're trying to pin on me cos I didn't have a conversation with you any where. Loboblood1 is my username not the other one listed.

Response to denial / “random account” claim

I understand the seller is denying this, but his explanation does not match the sequence of events or the evidence.

    He says:

    That is not what happened.

    The sequence was:

    1. The PlayerUp thread advertised Discord: loboblood1.
    2. I messaged loboblood1 / L O on 10/05/2026 at 23:29 asking about Claude Max 20x gift codes.
    3. Immediately after that, Shop / tcha58 opened the actual sales conversation with me at 10/05/2026 at 23:30.
    4. Shop / tcha58 then handled the entire transaction flow: product confirmation, pricing, Discord vouches, crypto addresses, payment confirmations, refund promises, and repeated requests for more money.

This was not a case where “a random account” contacted me out of nowhere with no context.

The account Shop / tcha58 appeared immediately after I contacted the Discord account advertised in the PlayerUp thread, and it continued the exact same sale for the exact same product.

The exported Discord chat shows that Shop / tcha58:

    • Confirmed Claude Max x20 #.
    • Quoted Claude Max prices.
    • Confirmed it was a gift code.
    • Sent the Discord invite for vouches.
    • Accepted crypto payment.
    • Provided payment addresses.
    • Confirmed seeing at least one transaction.
    • Changed the deal multiple times after payment.
    • Requested additional payments repeatedly.
    • Claimed wallet locks, freezes, activation fees, unlock fees, and BNB fees.
    • Never delivered the product or refund.

So if the seller claims loboblood1 and tcha58 are unrelated, then the seller needs to explain how this supposedly unrelated account:

    • knew the exact product I had just asked loboblood1 about,
    • continued the sale immediately,
    • used the same sales/vouch structure,
    • provided the wallet addresses,
    • received the crypto transaction confirmations,
    • and repeatedly requested additional funds for the same transaction.

Also, the blockchain evidence shows the funds were later moved through the addresses involved in this case and onward to a BscScan-labeled Stake.com address, despite the repeated claims that funds were locked or inaccessible.

I am not asking staff to rely on accusations. I am asking staff to review:

    • The PlayerUp listing contact details.
    • The timestamped screenshot showing my message to loboblood1 / L O at 23:29.
    • The timestamped Discord export showing Shop / tcha58 beginning the sales conversation at 23:30.
    • The full redacted Discord HTML export.
    • The crypto transaction IDs.
    • The BscScan movement to Stake.com.

The seller’s denial does not explain the timing, the continuation of the exact same sale, or the payment evidence.

    Clarifying the timing issue

The timing I am referring to is visible in the screenshots and the Discord export.

    1. The PlayerUp listing advertised Discord contact: loboblood1.
    2. I messaged loboblood1 / L O on Discord at 10/05/2026 23:29 asking about Claude Max 20x gift codes.
    3. Immediately after that, at 10/05/2026 23:30, the account Shop / tcha58 began discussing the exact same Claude Max 20x product with me.
    4. That account then handled the entire transaction: product confirmation, pricing, Discord invite/vouches, crypto addresses, payment confirmations, refund promises, and repeated requests for more money.

So the question is not just whether the visible Discord username in the exported chat is loboblood1.
    The question is:

Why did this other account immediately continue the exact same sale, for the exact same product, immediately after I contacted the Discord username advertised in the PlayerUp listing?

If the seller’s position is that Shop / tcha58 is completely unrelated to him, then that still needs an explanation.

    This supposedly unrelated account somehow:
    • appeared immediately after I contacted the advertised Discord,
    • continued the exact same Claude Max 20x sale,
    • quoted the product and pricing,
    • sent the Discord invite/vouch process,
    • provided crypto payment addresses,
    • received transaction confirmations,
    • made refund/delivery promises,
    • and repeatedly requested further funds.

I cannot prove from screenshots alone who physically controlled which Discord account.

What I can prove is the transaction flow, timestamps, Discord usernames, wallet addresses, TXIDs, and the fact that the account which picked up the sale immediately after my message to loboblood1 received/handled the payments and never delivered.

That is why I am asking PlayerUp staff to review the full evidence rather than relying on either party’s statement alone.
