    You have paid for an escrow payment via Middleman. If you are new to PlayerUp and do not know how this works, let us explain this to you.

    - This is an escrow payment between the Buyer (you), the Seller (us), and the Middleman. The role of the Middleman is to supervise the transaction from the beginning of the purchase to the delivery of the final service.

    - Right now you have paid for the service to the Middleman. The Middleman is verifying your payment and this process can take 48-72 hours. Once the payment is verified, the Middleman will start a 3-way ticket between the Buyer, the Seller, and The Middleman. You will receive a notification when the 3-way ticket has been started.

    - The Sellers (us) are only allowed to start the order in the verified 3-way ticket. Until then, both the Seller and the Buyer needs to wait for the Middleman.

    - When the 3-way ticket starts and the Seller is allowed to contact the Buyer, we will start your order and update you with its delivery status on the 3-way ticket. Once both parties confirm the delivery, the Middleman will mark the trade as completed.

    - If your 3-way ticket is taking too long to be started, you can contact the Middleman to expedite it or to know about its current status by following the below link;

    already its been 4 days since i paid the amount and still have nothing. middleman dosnt even reply once, all of this going nowhere.

    While not the seller's fault, the @Middleman service on this site is pure scam, already 2 weeks since I made payment and @Middleman never responded even after a support ticket. Worst Experience Ever!!
