Are you the original Owner ? If so: 1. Open CoC 2. Settings 3. Help and Support 4. Report an Issue 5. Other Problem 6. then state the reason why you are asking for support. Don't mention about you trying to sell the account, just tell them it was #. 7. Wait for their reply. They will ask you sensitive information about your CoC account. 8. Give them the correct and complete information. If you bought gems and still have the receipt of the first gem you bought via in-game then it's gonna increase your chance to retrieve the account back. 9. Wait for their reply again
