All Gold/Orange flat refines on the wall general: Majority Siege Attack (2 mounted), Ground/Mounted Defense, Mounted HP (1 ground). Full Parthian gear on all sub-city mayors. Mostly Flat Siege attack refines on Pallas for better performance in t11 attacks/rallies, rest of all refines are mostly gold/orange, and a few purple % with advanced refining unlocked on majority of the civilian gear pieces (17 in total, 1 supremacy). All generals used in presets and on the wall have covenants maxed, and all maxed specialties except Hestia and Marco Polo 4th (Orange & Purple respectively). Dragons have all gold refines, and 3 newest spiritual beasts are upgraded to red quality, siren, chimera, and chiron are upgraded as well. Monarch gear is mostly level 8 Blazons are level 15 on ranged and ground w/ mostly desirable secondary attributes, siege and mounted are about halfway to 15 Research academy has Military and Defense Advance mostly maxed (all troop%) for its' level. Military Academy 4 is just started, lots of room for buff/debuff growth and plenty of premium general options. VIP is level 16, and around ~$12,000USD and a LOT of time has been invested.
