    How to report a feedback dispute?
    Did someone leave unfair, inaccurate or non genuine feedback on your playerup account? If so, please open a Feedback Dispute Thread and request this feedback removed.

    How do I remove negative feedback quickly?
    If you want to expedite the removal of negative feedback on your profile, we offer an expediting feedback removal service in our SHOP.

    Can I import feedback over from another account on another website?
    We have a Feedback Import and Transfer from Another Website service that allows you to do this.

    What is your policy towards leaving someone feedback?
    1. You can validate that this member is a clear scammer & has intentions to scam other members, and/or
    2. You had a genuine experience with this member and dissatisfied with your transaction with them.
