The scheme this guy uses is that he runs a scam, and before payment, he changes his username on Telegram. Then he acts like he doesn’t understand what the problem is and claims that the buyer supposedly sent the money to an impersonator. This is not true, he changed his username. I will show proof below. How creative you are, really. What the actually love you, if I change username everytime and make a new telegram, how would my registration date on telegram be November, 2022 ?
