I bought from the user Digital Aura the package "30000+ Views 1-72 Hours 1000 SUBSCRIBERS 4000 WATCH TIME COMPLETE PACKAGE" I paid him 80$ through Wise. For 2 weeks he has been telling me about problems and changing youtube's requirements, and I can't get the package I paid for.
