With PlayerUp.com, we are an open hybrid platform that allows users to list their items for sale or trade. Users will have the ability to conduct transactions directly among each other or use our secure checkout process to safely ensure both parties complete a successful transaction. PlayerUp doesn't directly sell these digital goods and services but rather offers a platform for users to conduct secure transaction. For Buyers, the size of our community translates into low prices, fast delivery, safe transactions, and an enormous selection of products and services. For Sellers, our marketplace provides immediate access to tens of thousands of buyers from around the world. PlayerUp also has experience in the legal field and currently has partnerships with various law firms worldwide. PlayerUp uses this legal knowledge to protect buyers against account recalls or other scenarios in which they lose access to the digital item after the transaction. Using this system, which PlayerUp refers to as "Legal Services", PlayerUp will legally bind a contract with both the buyer and seller. If in event the buyer believes a breach has happened in his agreement with the seller, he can then open a dispute on PlayerUp. Once a dispute has been registered, PlayerUp will contact the seller to resolve this dispute. If the seller doesn't win or can't resolve the dispute, PlayerUp can then enforce the sellers agreement if the buyer purchased an optional Legal Service or Insurance with his Middleman Order. If the buyer didn't purchase any such packages, the seller will be removed from the site and his public fraud report will be left available for people to openly see until he decides to resolve the conflict.
Our Process
Our process involves a seller offering and listing a digital item or service. PlayerUp.com doesn't directly aggregate or sell digital assets. Rather, PlayerUp allows third-party sellers to list digital items and services for sale. Sellers can then choose to conduct the transaction directly through the Buyer or include PlayerUp as a third party to secure the payment and assets until delivery has been verified by the buyer, at which point the buyer's funds are released to the seller. Using this system, which PlayerUp refers to as "Middleman," neither buyer nor seller shares personal information, and transactions are guaranteed. PlayerUp reduces the potential risk of fraud by collecting, holding and disbursing funds. When the seller lists an item or service offering, they acknowledge that they have right to sell that item or service and they assume all risk and liabilities. Buyers then browse and find selection offers that they would be interested in purchasing. PlayerUp.com acts as a platform facilitating a secure exchange between the 2 parties. Sellers can then choose to conduct the transaction directly through the Buyer or include PlayerUp as a third party to secure the payment and assets until delivery has been verified by the buyer, at which point the buyer's funds are released to the seller.
