Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below I contacted the user Agentgandalf through Discord about purchasing a Steam account. He claimed the account was verified, legitimate, and safe to buy. I agreed to the purchase, and on September 21, 2025, I sent him $200 in crypto as payment. After receiving the money, the seller repeatedly delayed delivering the login details. He kept giving excuses, saying he would send the account soon, but never followed through. Eventually, he stopped replying to my messages altogether. Meanwhile, I observed that the Steam account I purchased is still active and online — clearly being used by the seller himself. I have not received any credentials or ownership transfer despite full payment being made. I have kept: Screenshots of the crypto payment transaction. Screenshots of our Discord chat where the seller delayed and then ignored me. Screenshots showing the Steam account being used online while I was denied access. This is a clear case of fraud and non-delivery of goods. The seller took $200, refused to provide the account, and continues to use it himself. I am requesting a full refund of the transaction.
