Hello! To change email: You go to "My Profile" (where your picture is) Then you go to "Account" and then you select "email" where you can change it every 90 days. To open this account in another devise: you also need to go to My Profile > Account but this time you select Switch Account. Let me know if you have any other questions. This is the first time i do this as well
